Quilter's Review Sampler
October 25, 2004
Piecing It All Together
Next week I'll be packing my bags and heading to Houston for the International Quilt Festival. I'll be spending lots of time visiting with vendors to find the products I'll review in the coming year.
This seems like a wonderful chance for me to finally meet some of you, my faithful readers. If you're going to be at IQF on Friday, November 5th, let's meet in the huge food court of the George R. Brown Convention Center from 4 PM to 5 PM. Look for a Quilter's Review placard on a table toward the back -- I'll be there, looking forward to meeting you!
This week I review the All-In-One Quilter's Reference Tool, a valuable resource that lives up to its name. And Sophie reviews two books on applique -- one about a stunning applque quilt project, and another about fun wool applique projects.
I'll be back in your inbox on November 8th.
'Til then, happy quilting and I hope to meet you in Houston!

P.S. Need to make an easy, charming gift? My new Charming Houses wall quilt pattern is a great way to assemble a quaint village scene using fusible web applique and 6" charms from your stash. You'll love the look -- see it here -- and making it couldn't be more fun!
