Quilter's Review Sampler
#222 - May 15, 2006
Piecing It All Together
I hope you had a nice Mother's Day. Mine got rained out. I'm sure you have seen the news about the flooding in New England and the problems it caused so many residents. I'm pleased to report that our little house on the side of Mt. Kearsarge is high and dry although the brook rose almost to the top of the 15-foot channel it has carved from the top of the mountain to the bottom at the Black Water River. Water levels have dropped and life in Andover has returned to normal for most of us.
In this issue of Quilter's Review Sampler, I reviewed an inexpensive ruler with lots of uses, Karen K. Stone's Book and CD and a book of folk wall hangings with words and appliques.
I'm pleased to tell you that I've ironed out two of my many problems in getting this newsletter to your mailbox. I'm going to keep working at it until it's back to normal. Until next time, take some handwork outside and enjoy the beautiful weather.

P.S.Sell the items you no longer use, a Quilter's Review classified ad is an easy, inexpensive way to get the word out to over 11,600 avid quilters -- our wonderful readers! Learn more here.
